First Day of Autumn

The First day of Autumn in Southern Louisiana, especial New Orleans and the surrounding area, is a beautiful sight to behold. The humidity of the Louisiana Summers have fizzled out and the heat has deemed down. Like much of the rest of Louisiana and the United States, the trees have started to loss their leaves and the leaves that remin have started to change their colors. Birds of all sorts at the Start of the Autumn Equinox have began their migration to Louisiana and the crawfish eggs have hatched and crawfish ride the tides closer to Louisiana shores.

The changing rainbow Colors of the Autumn leaves

The Sassafrass tree is most beloved not Only to the Louisiana Créoles of the State of Louisiana but also to the Louisiana Créoles of the State of Missouri. During the Autumn season, the Saasafras tree leaves changes its color that are seen in the rainbow. Sassafras trees have multiple colored leaves and shapes on one tree. The sassafras leaves are orange, red, yellow, blue, purple, green and brown in color.
